Per user or per endpoint as a fixed monthly fee. This means you know your IT costs in advance. Hardware procurement, project work, and one-time migrations are listed separately.

What is included, what costs extra?

Included is everything needed for healthy operation: monitoring, updates, helpdesk within defined packages, backup management, and reports. Larger projects such as Microsoft 365 migration, firewall replacement, or new locations are separate.

Can we continue using existing tools?

Yes. We are vendor-independent and work with what you already have where it makes sense. Where we see risks or high follow-up costs, we say so clearly and propose alternatives.

What contract durations are available?

Typically 12 or 24 months with a three-month notice period. Longer terms reduce the monthly fee; shorter terms are possible but slightly more expensive.
